Bidding Authorization: In response to the request of the auction company, this auction allows bids to be placed by the auctioneer, an employee of the auctioneer, or the seller or an agent on the seller’s behalf. While Proxibid’s Unified User Agreement typically prohibits such behavior, in accordance with UCC 2-328, this auction is permitted to engage in this activity by providing this clear disclosure to you, the bidder.

Internet Premium:

• A 13% internet premium will be applied to the final hammer price of your winning bids.

Sales Tax:

• A sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to the invoice total, including the internet premium. State and local sales tax will be charged unless a properly executed sales tax exemption form is submitted.

Participation Requirements:

• A valid credit card is required for bidding approval.

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Wire Transfer, and Cash

Payment Instructions:

• Full payment is due by close of business on Thursday, November 9th, 2023. No exceptions.
• Payments can be made by Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Credit Card with a 4% convenience fee on credit card transactions.
• A $15.00 Fee is applicable for Bank Wire payments.
• An online buyer’s premium of 13% is in effect for this auction.

• Make all Cashier’s Checks payable to FLS Auction, Inc.
• Remember that state and local sales tax will be charged unless a properly executed sales tax exemption form is submitted. A 1.5% off-road tax will be collected on all off-road equipment over 50hp.
• Proxibid will not charge your credit card; you must call in or pay on-site.
