Where is the equipment located?

This auction features assets from four Texas locations associated with Straitline Well Services, LLC. Exact inspection and pickup addresses will be published once the auction timeline is finalized.

How do I register to bid?

Registration will open once the auction catalog is live. You’ll be able to register directly through our online bidding platform by clicking the “Register to Bid” link. A valid credit card is required for bidding approval.

Is there an inspection period?

Yes. On-site inspection dates will be announced once the sale schedule is finalized. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect all items before bidding.

What payment methods are accepted?

FLS Auction, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, wire transfer, and company checks (with prior approval). Payment instructions and deadlines will be included in your bidder packet once the auction closes.

Are there any buyer’s premiums or taxes?

Yes. A 13% Internet Premium will be applied to all winning bids. Applicable Texas sales tax (8.25%) will also apply unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided.

When must equipment be removed?

Removal deadlines will be posted once the auction closes. Buyers are responsible for all dismantling, loading, and transportation arrangements. FLS Auction staff can provide local vendor recommendations upon request.
